Art gallery/maid cafe/boutique Royal/T hosted its Alice in Wonderland Mad Tea Party on Saturday night and it was incredible! Not only were the dolls wonderful but I became so distracted talking to friends and meeting new people that I actually enjoyed the company more than the dolls. LA Weekly did a fantastic job of describing the event as “a cross between a gallery event and a nightclub” but I’m here to show you my photos. I took sooooo many (and you can thank my mom for some of these, as she actually attended, too!) so if you would like to see all the crazy mischief, check out the full set on Flickr. I might just edit these photos to look better so feel free to check back in a bit.

Introducing the big new surprise: ArvanahModray’s Ryu arrived yesterday!!! He has passed to new hands and I am so glad to have him. His faceup is to die for and his body is incredible. If his body looks familiar, it’s the Supergem body I wanted so badly when I was considering Lupin. It’s just as manly in person as it appears in photos. My favorite part of the sculpt is definitely the hands. There are veins sculpted into the hands and wrists. In fact, they are so detailed that a friend of mine asked if he could leave fingerprints! Haha.
